First thing you did right was ASK.
Matthew 7:7
Ask and it will be given you, Seek and you will find, Knock and the door will be opened to you.
Ehpesians 1: 11-14 (It's kind of long)
In him we were also chosen, having been predestined according to the plan of him who works out everything in conformity with the purpose of his will, 12) in order that we, who were the first to hope in Christ, might be for the praise of his glory. 13) And you also were includedd in Christ when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation. Having believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit. 14) who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God's possesion---to the praise of his glory.
I don't listen to those who say "God doesn't talk to us". Sorry people-- we are spiritual beings, who have a soul, contained in a physical body. The only way to talk to the one that made us, is through prayer.
I also was faced with moving, recently actually. We prayed for months that God touch our hearts the way> he wanted< to, not what >we wanted< out of our own selfish desires or ambitions. We sold our house in a little less than >three< months, secured jobs >before< we got there, secured housing >before< we got there, and are starting to open a business. So don't let the phoo-phooers say otherwise. Give your life to Jesus, and tell the worldly ways to take a hike. Blessings! :)

If you make a choice right or wrong, God will forgive you if you repent. The thing, however, is this, God gives you a choice to make. It is you ,who have to make a choice and typically, there are no easy choices.
Every choice made has a consequence.
The real question is,after deliberating on your options have you considered the consequences of each distinctive choice? Per the bible, Devil is king of this world but he can't touch your soul. With that thought in mind, what does your heart tell you to do?
I believe God does offer signs to lead the way but you have to be able to hear them. If you feel God is leading you one way, who can tell you anything different.
Do not be led by anyone. Live, & learn to make your own well informed choices. Take the good and the bad and keep moving forward on your path, which is hopefully leading you to a closer relationship with your God.

It's hard to know, but the Word says, "trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him and he will direct your paths (or make your paths straight)." Prov. 3:5-6
So if you are communicating with God through prayer and reading the Bible, and you truly desire to do his will, he will open the right doors for you.
I know that when I wasn't sure if I was taking the right opportunity, I prayed that if it was wrong, that God would shut that door quickly and lead me somewhere else. But the peace I had about my decision helped me realize that I'd taken the right opportunity.
If it seems like God has given you this opportunity, and you think that it would be honoring to him, take it. But be open to changing if God has something better for you.
Trust that God will lead you where he knows it will be best for you. He is so faithful.

Sorry, I'm not Christian, but I do believe in God and I'm a spiritual counselor. If you've asked God for guidance, one of the ways you receive an answer is through what you would call your gut feeling. Think of God and the opportunity together. If it feels right, it is your path. If anything about it feels wrong or you hesitate, it's not right.

We can't trust our feeling as they are changeable. What about the facts? Are any of the options sinful? Don't go with those options. If it is not a matter of an option being sinful, then God wants you to use your brain. Do you have the resources to do this option? Do the positives outweigh the negatives?

First of all, God gave you a brain, it seems that your brain knows the difference between right and wrong, part of this sense he gave you is common sense. If you have relected on these options before you, and you seem to think that the one you are about to choose is the right one, then I would say God has guided you. But if things dont turn out like you thought, don't blame God, look within yourself.

The one that feels right in your HEART is the correct way to go, even if the brain says no. The Holy Spirit dwells in our heart and is the helper, healer and comforter. Have faith in what feels right. God won't let you down if you asked in earnest for the correct way. I've seen this in my life MANY times and I am 43. I have endured some VERY hard times but I always go with the heart, and not the world hardened brain.

That didn't turn out too well for David Koresh.
I would say "Render to God what is God's and render to Caeser what is Caesar's". What does God care how much money you make, or where you go to college, or the other hundreds of decisions you make? God only cares about what is in your spirit; you're on your own for the other stuff. He gave you a brain and you're expected to train it and use it well.
It's really easy to confuse your feelings for divine communication. Such feelings, when misidentified as "God's Plan", can really push you to ignore some things your brain is trying to tell you.
Good luck, and be careful out there.

If you're looking for confirmation, only God can tell you that.
You'll know it ,when it comes from the Holy Spirit.
It's that feeling you get in your heart, and you can't see anything else.
God Bless You, sweetie, keep seeking God

Shrimp, crab, lobster, clams, mussels, all these are an abomination before the Lord, just as gays are an abomination. Why stop at protesting gay marriage? Bring all of God's law unto the heathens and the sodomites. We call upon all Christians to join the crusade against Long John Silver's and Red Lobster. Yea, even Popeye's shall be cleansed. The name of Bubba shall be anathema. We must stop the unbelievers from destroying the sanctity of our restaurants.
