you will have more of it if you yo-yo diet.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Hi,
This is Shealin from Taxas(US) and I am glad to refer you the cellulite losing programme that worked for me. Around 3 months back I was like 180 lbs with a very heavy buttocks and because of this I started losing my confidence, and was a matter of fun among my friends.

I searched numerous websites ,joined gym classes and even fasting as well as dietary control didn't help me but everything I tried was all in vain, then once I was involved in a group chat on this matter and many people shared their experiences after using this programme I choose it due to peer pressure but this weight loss programme from http://cellulite-removal-fast.com/ acted as a boon for me also and now....... can u guess how much I lost my weight ? Its 150 lbs only and excessive cellulite is almost gone.

I am still using this programme and can proudly refer this product to everyone who is struggling to get a good physique :)

Regards,
Shealin

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

Well, you might see an improvement, but it's very difficult to get rid of cellulite.

Cellulite is primarily caused by three factors:

1) Weakening of thinning of the connective tissue that lies just beneath the surface of the skin. The weakened connective tissue allows fat cells to protrude through, which causes the characteristic "bulges" and "bumps" associated with cellulite. The tissues affected by cellulite tend to have a decreased number of elastic fibers that support the skin, and distended lymphatic vessels.

2) A condition of poor microcirculation that causes damage to fat tissue. As blood and lymphatic vessel walls become more permeable, the vessels leak fluid into the surrounding tissue causing congestion. This tissue congestion causes swelling, prevents nutrients such as oxygen from being carried to the tissue, and hinders the drainage of toxins. Connective tissue, including collagen and elastin, becomes increasingly damaged; eventually they become so severely compromised that they scar, causing stretch marks. Fat cells then become trapped.

3) As women age, the connective tissue beneath the skin becomes thinner and looser which adds to the problem, increasing the more noticeable signs of Cellulite. A need for increased circulation to these tissues are needed to fight cellulite.

You only have to look at before/after pics of liposuction to know that fat loss isn't the answer to cellulite.

The only two proven treatments for cellulite are Mesotherapy and Endermologie. Both are fairly expensive and need to be repeated indefinitely to maintain results.

Cleansing is the best way to lose weight in my book, and you are not putting a bunch of harmful chemicals in you. It actually gets rid of all that
