Is it safe to take Naproxen and Hydrocodone-Acetaminophen Oral? Is there any interaction between the two. It is basically an NSAID Acetaminophen and a narcotic.

yes, it is safe to take together. I've been prescibed them to take together with no problems. As a a matter of fact it is the combination of choice for most back pains.

these are 2 different medications, and are relatively safe to take together for short periods of time.

They are ok to take together in standard doses, but the question that comes to my mind is why would you need to?
