Hi,
it's important to inform yourself first before buying any wrong solution. Products like e.g. accutane or proactiv (and those pills doctors prescribe) are aggressive and can cause damages to you and your skin since they contain harmful ingredients.
Your best bet would be to check out
http://usefulresources.info/natural-acne-remedy.php
Make sure you bookmark it for future reference.
This is one of the very few products out there which really treats the acne problem at its roots from inside and out, no matter which kind of acne you have. Without damaging your skin, all natural.
I've literally wasted hundreds on other "miracles" but this one is highly efficient and that's what only counts for me. It should also help you get rid of your acne in a breeze.
Hope that helps.
All the best,
Melinda

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

If you'd like to try a natural treatment that seems to work for some, you can try Xango.
Xango is an Asian fruit which is also known as mangosteen. It has antioxidant properties which have been used to treat skin disorders such as eczema and psoriasis in certain Asian countries for years. Since eczema is a form of dermatitis, and acne is within this group of dermatitis skin disorders, the word is out that Xango can help treat acne.
In its liquid form, Xango can reduce the effects of inflammation, which is the root cause of acne. The fruit from the mangosteen tree has been used to treat acne, as well as other disorders in the dermatitis family. The antioxidant properties contained in the fruit of the mangosteen tree is known as xanthone, and the name Xango was formed from these two combined components. According to doctors, two to three ounces of Xango a day can help to treat the inflammation which causes acne.
If you have acne and have tried a myriad of treatments that haven’t worked, try Xango. You can order this product online. In addition, you can research the history of mangosteen and how it was traditionally used centuries ago. At the very least, it will alleviate the inflammation caused by acne; and at best, using Xango for acne will cleanse your system from the free radicals within.

i was the same way, i never had bad acne but when i got any zits i wanted them gone right away, oxy and noxzema used to make me breakot even worse. Proactive worked best for me but if it is just a pimple try ozonol or hydrocortizone cream... they work good as a spot treatment

I suggest you to go for natural one; others definitely have side effects. A good face pack of neem leaves with a pinch of turmeric is very good for acne prone skin. More home remedies available at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html
