Hopefully ...however, there are many to take his place...

Robertson is still around...

Don't forget James Dobson from Colorado Springs...a really scarey guy...with whom Bush met before appointing the latest Supreme Court nomine...to get his approval....

Well,he got that idea from the Israelis. He was a gung-ho Zionist. I wonder where the fundies go with that one now that po' Falwell's daid & gone. Or the Israelis for that matter, what with the good rev being such a staunch supporter. You know, without that Bible Belt vote to bring in user-friendly types like Bushie,it might be hard for Der Judenstatt to keep itself in bullets & bombs courtesy the U.S. taxpayer.

Actually, Christians don't want that. We would like to see a righteous person leading this country, but the citizens won't have it. But a theocracy? We would rather live a quiet and peaceable life. We would rather be left alone by atheists and Muslims who attack our beliefs even though they don't affect them. We would rather leave them alone, as well. But Jesus commanded us to tell them the gospel story. We love Him, so we obey. Otherwise, we would never talk to them about our beliefs, at all.
