My neighbor was walking her dog today and her dog pooped on my lawn, she was going to walk away and I ran out with a baggie and I said, "Do you mind removing the poop please"? She called me rude and bold, and she refused to pick it up!!I told her I would pick it up for her and put it on her lawn, so she eventually obliged...Who`s rude?

I think she tried to make a run for until I spotted her and ran out with a plastic bag. She`s notorious for doing this in our neighborhood, and most of us have been trying to catch her in the act ....

If you have an HOA - contact them.
Band together with the rest of your neighors and collect AS MUCH doo as you can....from anywhere....by any animal....and dump it on her doorstep or sprinkle it in some artisitic way in her yard. Or spell "There's more you rude B*tch!" with it on her yard.
The possibilities are endless! And she WILL get the point. I really hate seeing rude people get away with crap like this - no pun intended.

She's rude!!! You have every right to say what you did!
I saw someone let their dog poop on a neighbors lawn & walk away. I yelled to them & asked if I could bring my dog over to their house to take a dump on their lawn!
It is rude when people let their dogs go anywhere!

Where I live it's against the law to leave your pet droppings on the ground. She was wrong and rude. You on the other hand were being assertive and offering the baggie was a nice gesture.

She's the rude one. Take your dog out and let it poop on her lawn. See how much she likes dead grass.

That is rude. BUT there have been a few times when I forgot to bring baggies with me and my dog went on a neigbors laws. but I always went back with a bag after the walk. but as a habitual offender, that is awful. do you have a home owners assoc. you could report her to?

I would have done the same thing if I were you. No one has the right to poop on someone else's lawn and you were right to stand up for yourself.

she is absolutely rude. How very nice of you to even offer her a baggie from your house. she should be carrying her own with her and picking up after her dog, no matter where he chooses to go!

She was rude. However, telling her that you would transfer the poop to her yard was also rude. (Deserving, but rude).
It is considerate and lawful to scoop up one's pet's poops.
This woman probably thought she would get away with it, but you caught her. She was rude and embarrassed.

No, this was not rude of you. In fact, you were kind enough to provide her with a bag so she could do what she ought to have done. I think after her refusal, your response was priceless!
People who don't respond to appeals to their better nature will almost always respond to threats of retaliation!
