Sometimes it is just a matter of degrees on the walls. The main thing is they all do the same the thing and as is anything some are better than others.

Counselors usually just have a bachelors degree and are not licensed by the state. Therapists usually have a masters degree and are licensed by the state. Psychologist have to have a doctorate degree and be licesned by the state.
