do you lose weight if you dance a lot?

also, what are some other ways to lose weight,,,,without dieting and in 1 or 2 months???oh and i'm 12 if your wondering!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well a all water diet can help and drink warm water because that helps your metabolism. If you're 12 there has to be a swim team or gymnastics clubs. Have your vegetables steamed because that helps keep all the vitamins in and go bike riding in the park. I did this and I lost a considerable amount of weight.

I am sorry, but you will have to diet. that doesn't mean starving yourself though. You just have to change what you eat to more healthy foods. You will have to become more active. Find a sport that you enjoy doing. Get books that you can learn how to eat the right foods.
