I do not eat meat, fish, tofu veggie burgers chicken (I concider this meat but most people do not.) I eat pasta, cereal, veggies, and things like that

You basically want to make sure you're getting protein and iron from somewhere.

I get a lot of this in my breakfast instead of from meat. I'll have a cereal like Total (has 100% of your day's iron) plus milk (lots of protein). Other good picks: oatmeal has tons of iron, peanut butter has protein.

make sure you get enough of the essential nutrients in your diet. protein can be found in other foods besides meat.
