Depends on how long you excercise each time, and if you do this every day. there is no benefit to excercising 3 times a day unless that is the only way you can fit in a full workout (20 minutes each session, for example.) your best bet is to do one continuous workout. alternate between cardio one day and strength training the next to burn fat and target muscle groups, and make sure you take one full day off at least once a week to let your muscles repair. Try Women's Health magazine for good workouts and fitness tips.

I wouldnt really say its too much, sometimes its good to break down your workout time during the day. And you just really got to look at why your working out.... if your working out to lose weight ... you might be adding muscle with the exercises your doing. Its good to vary your exercises throught the week. And doing too much cardio builds muscle. But if its working great for you so far then keep it up but if you start having problems stop and talk with your doctor.

Depends on how long- if you're breaking up your excercise into smaller chunks- like 15 minutes-1/2 hour at a time, thats healthy. If you're excercising like 3 hours at a time, 3 times a day, that's probably too much!

do you have a good workout regimen? And they know what they are doing? You could pull a muscle, or really wear your body down. If you want to get fit..I mean i workout 40 min a day...and in 5 weeks I got a 6 pack...and lost the jiggle! lol You can check out the dvds I do here...I do the Power 90

i work out 2 - 3 hours every day,, but im in training for an extreme marathon,why do you NEED to do it 3X a day, to get fit or to stay fit you only need to do int once for 45 minutes a day,, do you eat properly or are you starving your self, going to the gym the second time to loose what you have just eaten, THATS a bad thing..ask your self why you have to do this 3X a day,, see a personal trainer and they will tell you thats its too much.

UH, YEAH! Are u obsessed or just full of energy that u don't know what to do with?? Exercise 3X a week is good enough to maintain a healthy body.

it depends on how long and what intensity. I do a half hour of aerobics first thing in the morning, ride my bike to and from work, and walk 15-20 minutes at noon. none are all that intense and don't take long, but it all adds up.

It is not bad but you dont have to do it so much. But make sure that night you dont sleep in to much and miss school because you might be to tired. LOL
