You need to act fast, you have three hours maximum!! This is a potentially fatal condition.
You can try to help her pass the egg if a vet is not available. Give her energy supplements by putting Gatorade or adding Karo Syrup or a little sugar in her water dish. You may try to reduce the stress on her heart and other organs by helping her muscles to relax. Pick her up gently so you do not damage the egg. Gently rub some mineral oil or cooking oil around the egg and on the bird's cloaca to lubricate the area. Put her in a small box, aquarium or small cage if available. Keep your bird VERY warm. The temperature should be 85-90 degrees Fahrenheit. You can also try putting a warm wet towel on the bottom of the cage. Be careful that you do not overheat your bird.
The warmth and humidity may help her muscles relax enough to expel the egg. If she doesn't pass the egg within 20 minutes, get her to a veterinarian immediately. Remember small birds require immediate medical attention after 1 hour of straining, larger birds three hours.

It looks like you are desperate. Your bird will die unless the egg is removed. The vet is the best bet, but if you can't afford to do that, you must break the egg so it will pass.
If you don't do it right, the broken egg shells can cut her up inside.
Have someone hold her so you can see the egg. Make a small hole in the end of the egg that you can see. A very tiny drill bit would work, but be so very careful that you don't drill her. You could also use a small sharp nail to puncture a hole, but don't put too much pressure on the egg. You don't want to push it in deeper. Use a baster syringe to suck the egg out. Use a Q-tip with a little baby oil on it to sooth the area where the egg is.
With tweezers, try to get a hold of the egg and gently pull it out. It should be hollow in the middle now, and the cockatiel's body will be still pressing the egg together. This will make it somewhat smaller.
This is dangerous to try, so only do this at the last resort.

They probably ate the egg shell from the only egg, there could desire to be deformities from a verify/new child mating, take the male and take a seat him in a splash luke heat water and carry him in it with the egg submerged permit him take a seat there for some moments and then attempt to get the egg off if that doesn;t artwork spray mist the area with an excellent misting bottle get it stable and moist keep him in a container of yet another cage for about 10 minutes then attempt to pull it off this isn't any longer something that desires to pass to the vet for in case you may;t spray him take a humid washclothe and press against the area keep it there and each now and then gently wipe on the egg until ultimately it comes off.

The vet will have to take an xray and then most likely with a syringe collape the egg and remove it. Everybody is right ...it can kill your bird.
Go to this website to find a bird vet in your area.

ummm omg, u should rub her stomache, gently, though,((DO NOT USE OIL. IT GUNKS UP THE FEATHERS AND DESTROYS THEIR INSULATION.THEY NEED INSULATION TO KEEP WARM AND KEEPING WARM IS KEY TO HELPING THIS PROBLEM.)) that'll get the muscles relaxed and the egg will come out, ifit doesn't, give her some water, but be careful u dont wanna drown her, in the meanwile, call a vet, she may not be able to lay egges, u wanna keep her warm, make sure wen u rub her, to be VERY gentle, as you canbreak the egg, toxins can build up and she might get an infection. SO GO TO A VET IMMEDIATELY

This happened to my quaker last month. My bird vet said to try soaking her back end in warm water and it should help. If it doesn't help pretty quickly you should get to the vet.
