A Spiritualist Church is the meeting place for Spiritualists and like-minded people. Sometimes they are called centres now, because some people are put off by the word "church" which is a shame.
The link that was given for the SNU will tell you about Spiritualism and what we are about and a list of SNU churches/centres, however there are many churches that are not affiliated with the SNU so will not be listed. So also have a look in your local papers to see if any advertise there.
As well as the divine services being mentioned, churches may also offer demonstrations with just mediumship, spiritual/psychic/mediumistic development groups and workshops, spiritual healing and also private sittings.
I have been a Spiritualist for many years now, and I run my own church.

A spiritualist church is one where the lead practitioner is a medium rather than a minister or priest.
Spiritualists believe that your consciousness survives after bodily death, and that other spirits, some that may have had bodies at one time, and others who have never lived in a body, circulate around to guide and assist us as we live our lives on the Earth.
The seven principles of Spiritualism form the basis for belief:
1) The Divine Eternal Parenthood (sometimes called "the Fatherhood of God")
2) The Family of Humankind (sometimes called "the Brotherhood of Man")
3) The Interconnectedness of all Creation.
4) The Communion of Spirits and the Ministry of Angels
5) The Continuous Existence of the Human Soul
6) Personal and Social Responsibility, including compensation and/or retribution hereafter for the good and evil deeds done "on Earth"
7) Eternal progress open to every Human Soul
Most Christians avoid Spiritualist Churches because they are seen as too close to "occult", which has been warned against in the Bible.
Yes, I attended Spiritualist services before I became a Christian.

The Spiritualist has a lovely service like the usual Church service, they teach about the communion of saints. Saints are people our loved ones who have passed on and are living in the spirit world. Mediums can bring you messages from them some of the messages can give you a lot of comfort because they can give you names of your loved ones and tell you things that nobody else knows. When you come out of the church you feel a lot better.

Well It's a church where i believe the true wishes of God are practised we don't make threats to those who don't come, we give nothing but Love, peace, understanding, and a cup of tea if you want it. The spiritualist church unlike a lot of others are nearly always full, and this is the good part there are so many from all other religions, who come to us, Christians, Roman Catholic, Muslims, and many more, but they won't admit it, if the truth was known it's one of the biggest religions because of this.
There is a Medium who may pass on messages to those who are there, from loved ones, and no it's not mind reading, or cold reading, and is not set up, but the only way to convince someone is for them to go, because we don't go round knocking on doors, we respect your beliefs,
You can receive healing, if you want, it's so friendly, and relaxed compared to some others.

A spiritualist Church is a place where vaulnerable people go to get some warmth and comfort. Unfortunatly they peddle a religion that takes them away from Christ and leads them into confusion. The so called mediums are people who want to self promote to make them selves feel better and powerful. They have no idea who they are talking to if at all. They say they talk to dead people but are really either making it up through very clever personal discloser or they are messing about with spiritual powers that do NOT COME FROM GOD. Don't get mixed up with them.

I have been to one. They believe in the ability to make contact with spirits. Usually a service consists of hymns, readings and mediums how make contact with the other side. Kinda like Colin Fry with a little religion thrown in.

the link above will tell you what Spiritualism is all about
at the services , they usually open with prayer and hymns much like any other church
then there would be a healing moment , usually in silence and followed with philosophy given by either the minister or a visiting medium
then the mediumship demonstration will begin , where the medium will pass messages on from spirit to their loved ones
and finishing with hymn and prayer again
it is a gorgeous services and wonderful people
edit
sorry I forgot the cup of tea .... Ringo always reminds me lol
