she needs help. My neighbor has been dealing with this issue. First, you her to admit she a problem. she should she a doctor to give her a healthy eating schdule and workout rotine if she wants to loose weight a healthy way. your parents may not want to admit it because they may not want to think that they raised their child wrong.
good luck and i hope your sister gets some help and becomes healthy because this is really dangerous

Asian shes the kids sister not her mother! Look all you really can do is to encourage her to eat a healthy diet-show her what foods have little or few calories and encourage her to eat fruit and veggies. You can also sit Mom down and have a talk with her about your fears for sister!

And no she's not fat but if she continues she will have a problem- if not anorexia then other problems caused by not eating enough of the right foods. Ask her if she wants to be thin and healthy or so sick she cant do anything.
Look on the internet for stories and articles about girls who had anorexia and show her how they look. Depending on her height that could be her in a few months remind her of that!!

Well mabey get the person that schools her to sit at the table with her to make sure that she eats her food and if that person has to go some place then tell her to heat it up when she gets back or to hurry up and eat her food fast. Or mabey just give her smaller helpings and then she might find that she is hungry or that she likes it and wants more. Or make some of her favorite foods and she will eat her food. this is Lin B's daughter this is what Lin B would say (not her daughter). Take away all her privilages until u start to see her eat her food and for each day that u start to see her eat her food then give her back a privilage. After about a week then she should be eating if not than do that until she does stat eating.

Seriously, you need to talk to your parents about taking her to the doctor, tell the doctor that you want an anti-depressant for her that will not make her gain weight. (Tell her that these are pills that will help her loose weight if she takes them and she eats right and excersises. If you are old enough you should take her out on riding bikes, walking, ect. Tell your parents to feed her meats and veggies. Carbs like bread and pasta, and potatoes, contains sugar and will turn into fat. But seriously if she starves herself then she can go into a coma and probably be a vegetable state for the rest of her life.

Well she may be just barely overwight. But she's gotta stop starving herself, if you realize she's getting weaker, and looks like a skeleton then go to google and search some pictures of aneraxic people. That might scare her a little but it should make her start eating. If that doesn't help then tell your doctor or parents about this, remind your parents what could happen!

Is she eating a classic weight-relief plan and is she eating liquids except infant juice? If she consumes a healthful, nutritious weight-relief plan at foodstuff and eats familiar proportions, she is likely healthful. If she isn't purging with vomiting or laxatives, I doubt if she has an eating affliction. If the child foodstuff and liquids are in simple terms an occasional ingredient, i does no longer hardship about it too a lot. If the child weight-relief plan replaces her familiar foodstuff/liquids, i might want to be frightened and that i might want to search for pro suggestion/remedy. infant foodstuff does no longer have the mandatory energy and nutritional content cloth for a 12 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous preteen. If it maintains, it truly is advisable to ask her health care service about it.

But since you dont feel ur parents are helping out, get someone you can trust and get you help. Try to speak wit her n tell of the concequences again, maybe the secound time she'll understand better.

This is actually really common among young girls these days. If you are seriously concerned, you need to sit down with your parents and give them the information that you got on the net and explain to them how bad this could be. Good luck!

Take her to the doctor ASAP, or to counseling soon. It is very unhealthy for anybody to starve themselves, and it can lead to so many different illnesses.
