i think its wrong, it is disrespectful to all those people who are trying to do it the right way. i am still waiting after 7 months for my fiance and he is italian, we still have another 2 or 3 months to wait and he has to leave and go back to italy during that time. we have spent alot of time money and heartbreak of being apart so we can do it the whole right way and it just isnt fair to all those people like us to reward people for breaking the law.

Deportation! All 13 million and their children also, even if they were born here. Cancel the children's citizenship's, make all of them go through legal channels. The only reformation to the Immigration policy should be that anyone over the age of 10 must be able to pass a spoken English class at least equal to a 3rd grader English level. 13 million people not using gas in America would take the pressure off the gas pumps at nearly 500,000 gallons a day. That should be good for about $.75 on the gallon drop over a few months.

The U.S. prostituted it's self out to become the leader of the "New World Order" - by sending jobs overseas and strengthening the countries that always end up turning on us (like the new British government) - So, in order to compete with India, Taiwan, China, and all the others - we have to accept slave wages that only the illegal immigrants are willing to take - in order to compete with this "new world economy" that we manufactured. Remember " When you hold up your middle finger at someone - there are always four fingers pointing back at you!".

Experts say it will cost taxpayers over $500 billion.
It will also cost business billions of dollars. Businesses will be sued for back wages(no overtime, sub minimum wage, breaks, etc). I know one person that was sued by an illegal alien after the 1986 amnesty. She had to pay one illegal alien employee over $25,000. 20 years ago, that $25,000 was worth a lot more. That is like $50,000 in today's money. It would have cheaper for her to have hired an American in the first place.
Now just imagine ten million illegal aliens suing. And illegal aliens love to sue. They look at it as getting free money. They even joke about it.

My opinion is to deport them, not legalize them. Let them get back in to the country legally. If we suffer financially for awhile, so be it. If their families are broken up because of deportation, they should have thought of that before they broke our laws. We should enforce our laws, not change them to accommodate 13 million people who have created a huge problem for the United States Taxpayers, Car Insurance carriers and Medical Insurance carriers.

I say we grant all 13 million of them legal status on the condition that they immediatley sign up for 8yrs in the Army. 13 million soldiers is quite a force. As soon as they are all signed up we send them south and invade Mexico. We take it over, turn it into a U.S. territory, and station all the "New citizens" down there to help rebuild whatever we blow up and police the area. They can have American citizenship, job, education, pay taxes, and do it all from Mexico, our 51st state.

anyone who wants to live here should go through the process. The idea of legalizing them really sucks but of course we are talking about the Government...

I think it is a great disgrace to the nation. It is just inviting more people who choose to break our laws into this country.
