Be honest with her, tell her you like her. Say something like " I like you, and want to know if you want to see ______ (name of movie) .
I bet she'll say yes. Girls like a guy thats polite, but direct!

It don't matter what age you are, pal, asking a girl out is always difficult.
What generally works is to focus on the going out and not on the fact that she'll be with you.
So don't ask her if she'll come for a movie with you. Say you're going and ask if she'd like to come along. Then if she says no, there's no loss of face. You're going anyway and it doesn't matter if she doesn't want to tag along.
Same technique for a soda or burger or whatever. You're going anyway and are just asking her if she'd like to accompany you if she's doing nothing else. Casual, like.
You can't get them to like your company but you can make it easier for them not to commit till they get comfortable with you. Meanwhile, make it easier for them to pretend that it's not you they're with. They're just going for a movie or a soda or a burger. You happen to be with them when they do, that's all.

Hey lil man, go up to this young lady and be up front. Ask her if she'd like to do something during the weekend. Tell her she can pick what you two do. Be very sweet and understanding to whatever she says. If she says no, let her know whenever she's ready, you'll be up for it.

How old is this girl? Is she your age or older?
My son is 10 and is going through same feelings as you.
Just tell her how you feel around her and about her. Ask her to a movie or to a bowling alley, or whatever you like to do for fun.

As far as dating one on one, yes you are too young. But you can do things with her and her family, and she can do things with you and your family. If your family is having friends over, invite her as well. If you and some of your friends are going to do something, invite her.
