Key thing in any work out is:
1.) do something you will like to do whether you are happy, stressed or hard day. Reason is that things always comes up and will avoid work out. If you like your work out, it will become a habit and you will stick through it

2.) start slow and easy and build it from there. reason is that if you overwork yourself, you will find reason not to do it or will go through work out despising it. Though the adage "No pain no pain" is typically said for success, but you have to develop endurance and strength over time.

3.) Have work out with friends, loved one so you both motivate each other.

I like basketball, hate weights, so I will do some cardiovascular machines first, then some b-ball afterwards.

Just think: the better looking you are, the more girls you'll get. No girl likes flabby guys. Unless she is also flabby. So unless you want a flabby girl with rolls and big, fat arms, I suggest you try to make yourself look better, too. It's not enough to just have a "winning personality." Trust me, I used to be so fat, so no guy wanted me. I thought, "How do I expect to get a hot guy, if I was not a hot girl myself?" So, I lost weight, and now I feel better, have more confidence, and more guys check me out. It's the best feeling in the world. Like attracts like. Fat attracts fat. Pretty people attract pretty people. Good luck, buddy. Drink coffee, it boosts metabolism up to 30%.

my favorite way is to buy a new outfit that is one size too small. i hang it in my room and i have to look at it until i can fit into it. after i get down one size i'm usually pumped to keep working on it. after a couple of weeks it usually just becomes routine and the feeling of being fit takes over. good luck!
