Your baby will move around alot in your belly, right now she still has room in there to move around, so if she doesn't like the position you are in, she'll move so she is more comfortable. There is also amniotic fluid around her that will protect her, so to answer your question, no it will not hurt her head, or any other part of her body, but it is a good idea to switch sides periodically to increase your blood flow. Good luck and congratulations!!

It is best to lie on the left side, not on the right side. This is due to the way the blood vessels go to your heart. Lying on the left side helps the blood flow easier. Get a pillow to put between your legs like a big body pillow.
The back lying position can increase the pressure in your stomach and lungs, making you have more reflux (acid) and feel more short of breath.
Yeah, you have three months to go...not too fun, is it?

Well, I have had 3 children, and with each pregnancy, I had the same thing occur. My kids turned out fine! You, However, you will be uncomfortable for the rest of the time. Try sleeping propped up on pillows, or on your back with pillows under your knees, it will help ease your discomfort!

it's best if you can lay on your back. To make this more comfortable place a cushion or pillow under your knees. This will take the stress of off of your back and stomach. And you should be able to rest comfortably.

Lying on your side is proven to make your heart beat faster so it's not recommended - you should try lying on your back.
