Mississippi: $2.99
A couple weeks ago in some rural areas between here and Birmingham I found it as low as $2.65 ... I was on the way to South Carolina and that seemed to be the lowest gas we saw. The highest was just over $3.00. Needless to say... I filled up twice at $2.65!

Those fat cats....THEYY!!!!!!!!.....calm down...calm down...
Just because people are so selfish about money, and there is absolutely no reason why they should torture people who must have that sort of thing to live the modern life, except to gain total funds, doesn't mean they should RAISE PRICES!!!!
(I live in a state, too.) (Somewhere.)

It is $3.07 or so in Arizona. If you think we have it bad, it is about $3.80 in British Columbia, Canada. And they export millions of barrels of their oil to the US.
