I recently got married and I am trying to finish up thank you notes but from one of our cousins we recieved a card but no gift which is fine with us but should I write them a thank you note since there was no gift if so how should I word it ?

Some people get really touchy when they don't get thank you notes. So, to be on the safe side you should probably send one saying something like, "Thank you for the congrats".

Just simply send a quick simple thank you.
nothing fancy needed.
