find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You know, I have just about tried them all. I have to say that eating right and exercising is the best diet of them all. Start slowly and progress slowly. Change one meal a day to something healthy. Walk for 10 minutes more each week. Every little thing helps. As for losing weight quickly, that doesn't happen without hurting your body. Good luck.

There is one sure-thing formula to weight loss. Consume fewer calories than you burn--about 500 fewer every day, to lose about a pound a week. Consume less, lose more. It's all math!
When I cut my calories, I found some tips that helped me through the tough dieting time:
1) when you think you're hungry, drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes. You may find that after that, you're not hungry! Saved some calories there.
2) do not eat after 7pm

Well, I cant say this is a diet persay, but this is how I do it and it works for me.
1. 4 small meals a day, no pasta, no starch.
2. Walk as often as possible.
3. Get a walking partner.
4. leg lifts, they work the stomach, thieghs, and butt.
5. If you have small children, Have them sit on your feet while you are sitting, and lift them as many times as comfortable, rest repeat 3 Times.

Yup. I call it my Magic Calorie diet.
It's simple, all you have to do is burn more calories than you eat. There are two ways to do this:
1. Eat less.
2. Exercise more.
Nothin' to it.
