How can you love someone you have not developed a relationship with? You can't even kiss yet.

if u do not know how to kiss what makes u think that u know what love is. Maybe u could just have strong feelings for the boy meaning u like him a lot.

If you have to ask this question, honey, then you are to young to tell a boy at school that you love him and if you do not know how to kiss, then your are definately to young to know how to do that.
I think what you have going on now, is a crush.
Totally different than love, although it might seem like love it is not.

If you LIKE this boy tell him you LIKE him. The love word gets thrown around way to easy and you dont wanna do that. And you cant learn to kiss over the internet. and its not really a technique. It shouldnt be anyways. Just take it slow

if you've known this person for a long time then tell him whats on your mind. but make sure you know his status. if he's PG-13 then he's immature. if he's RATED-R then he's too old, which means he may be too fast for you. if he's in the middle then thats the best place to be in. :D
