If you aren't being satisfied in the bedroom, it is partially your fault. If you've made no effort to let your boyfriend know what you like through gentle guidance and persuasion, you shouldn't expect him to know what pleases you, as all men and women are built differently, and (no pun intended) different strokes for different folks.
Tell him exactly what you want when you are together. It will probably turn him on if you do it in a romantic and seductive way during the heat of the moment.

Just be honest. If you're sleeping w/ someone, hopefully your relationship is on "that" level so you can have a candid conversation about it.
When you tell him, just say that you need to talk to him about something. (Don't wait until you're seconds away from jumping in bed, either. Not only will that kill the mood, but it may also traumatize him. He'll associate sex with a woman telling him about his inadequacy. Talk about future performance anxiety!). Don't start this convo in the heat of the moment.
Sorry. When you tell him, be gentle. Tell him about some things that are going well in your relationship. Say how you love that you guys communicate well or how he's SO thoughtful. Then ease into it.
Whenever you point a finger, you have three pointing at yourself. I say that to illustrate that you can use yourself in the scenario so he won't feel as bad. Tell him that you're not satisfied, BUT it could be partly your fault. Suggest that you guys try different positions or locations...different times of the day. Tell him that you will share more openly with him what makes you happy or excited and see if he's okay with that. Suggest that both of you become more vocal about what is pleasing to you.
Of course, this is all applicable if you really like him and don't want to hurt his feelings. If you are not all that fond of him, you could just say, YOU SUCK and get it over with. But I don't advise that.
Good luck!! :-)

When your having sex just moan something like "to the left" or you can just say something like do you want to try something new tonight. like a new position, toys, role play etc. something new will spice things up.
But dont just sit him down and say your not pleasing me in bed that will just hurt his feelings.

you don't tell him that he doesn't satisfy you in bed.
but instead, while you two are in bed, you tell him what you like, and he will pleasure you. that's one of the ways to be happy in sex
