find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

First off, you should have a positive outlook on your body regardless of weight. But 160 is too much weight for someone of that height. Actually when I looked at your BMI, it said 31.2 which is obsesity. I'm sure if you think positively and become really motivated to shed the few extra pounds it can happen. I think you should go down to 135 pounds. Drink plenty of water, do not skip breakfast!! trust me, you need it. After breakfast, include a snack an hour later such as lowfat yogurt. Eat a salad before your meals so you get fuller faster. Exercise 3 times a week. Eventually you'll lose weight and feel good about yourself! It's hard work but I'm sure you won't reqret it when you see results. Just remember that.

Like I stated in a previous answer, cut your calories to 1000 - 1200/day, cut fat to about 25 grams/day, drinks lots of water, and get some exercise. If you must have soda, drink diet soda. Start walking a couple of miles a day (brisk pace) and that will help, too. I did this to lose pregnancy weight and lost about 40 pounds in 6 months. If you get a calorie diary it helps. You keep track of what you eat, how many calories and fat and at the end of the day or week you see what you have been putting in your body.

well your a little bit over weight but nothing to be freaking out about. Just start watching what you eat. one thing that makes me lose alot of weight fast is stop drinking any kind of pop not even diet. & just start doing some sit ups everyday & jogging in place & push ups every once in a while.
Hope you get to feelin' better!!

Sorry, Sis, yeah that's big for your height but do not get discouraged. I have struggled with my weight all my life ... just remember, beauty is in the eye of the beholder; I have a younger, handsome boyfriend who doesn't seem to mind that he has something to grab on to. Love ya.

im sorry but that is a little over weight. you can check your BMI but doing online to find out how much you should really weigh. to lose some pounds, stay away from very greasy/oily food and eat healthy foods like seafood, and steamed vegetables. you can also work out to stay fit. all that matters is if you are healthy and happy. if you are, then what the heck?
