Absolutely not. Like you said, I waited 3 years for my green card and spent thousands in fees. Why should someone who came in illegally be allowed to jump the line?

No, there is no way. And again NO! Because amnesty devalues the worth of American Citizenship. Democrats do enough of that. With their increasingly open efforts to change the word citizen into the word subject. Deport them and jail their employers. Once the effort begins, self deportation will also begin. As jobs dry up and assured permanent deportations start. Worked well until Ed Kennedy's Immigration reform bill passed Saying we can't deport 12 millions only surrenders our borders and culture to foreigners. Who care nothing for The USA.

NO! It's not fair. Nor is it fair that people who are here illegally and have no driver's license can still purchase a car legally at a dealership and drive it right off the lot without insurance. It's not fair that illegal immigrants can have as many babies as they want and have them safely in a hospital for FREE while the rest of us get a big fat bill if we don't have insurance. Their children all get free formula and qualify for WIC since they can show they have "no money" on paper. The whole F'n thing isn't fair. If these people get Amnesty this will be the beginning of the end of this country as we know it.

Yes. I think amnesty is the solution to get all the illegal immigrants out of the shadows and get them legalized. Realistically it would be hard to determine who is legal and who is here illegally, without have everyone walking around with their birth certificate or passport in there purse or back pocket.
Fine there are people that entered with visa but how many over stayed. Are they considered criminals too for overstaying?

The U.S. prostituted it's self out to become the leader of the "New World Order" - by sending jobs overseas and strengthening the countries that always end up turning on us (like the new British government) - So, in order to compete with India, Taiwan, China, and all the others - we have to accept slave wages that only the illegal immigrants are willing to take - in order to compete with this "new world economy" that we manufactured. Remember " When you hold up your middle finger at someone - there are always four fingers pointing back at you!".

Absolutely not. They entered this country illegally and I think they should be sent back to their home countries for at least one year and then come in through the front door.

Was it fair to look away when they crossed our borders, then pay them "slave" wages?
Stop immigration from the source, close the borders and procecute businesses that here them.
Dont forget undocumented immigrants are humans too.

No. It is unfair to legal immigrants, to citizens, and to those potential immigrants who are forced to 'get in line behind' the illegals.

It is not Amnesty when there is a punishment for the crime. Punishment for all crimes is not automatically being jailed and/or deported. The $5000 fine is the punishment for the crime. Since there is a punishment it is not Amnesty.
