Our government is part of the problem, but the biggest problem is the american business man who doesn't give a crap about the american household. They are the ones hiring the illegal immigrants and not hiring the proper people legal to work in this country. I don't have a problem hiring black's, white's, hispanic's or any other race as long as their legal resident's of this great country of our's! Remember, the U.S.A. is the best country in the world, it's our government that I can't stand and who is bringing it down!!!

The government is actually the cause of the businesses hiring illegals also. American businesses have a great disadvantage. They pay taxes on employees(payroll, medicare, medicaid, social security) and they pay taxes to export. Businesses in other countries pay taxes on production, but when they export, the taxes are rebated. Some businesses, in order to stay in business, end up hiring some illegals. I don't like it and on one hand I think they should be punished. On the other hand the government is partially responsible for their illegal activity and it would seem hypocritical for them to punish business for doing what they needed to do to survive.
Pass the Fair Tax and take away the disadvantage. Give American business a chance and take away incentive to hire illegal aliens or going overseas.

First as a small business owner it is impossible for me to do more than the following. New employees must pass a drug test, have a valid drivers license, and a social security card. I make copies and once a month I take all new employees ids to the DMV and the local SS office. Any false ids and i call border patrol. If employers do not do at least this much then the owners/CEOs should go to jail for a min of 5 years period dot end of story.
NO MORE JOBS NO MORE ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

For a change I completely agree with you and I'm a legal immigrant of Hispanic descent. I think that illegal immigration hurts every community including the Hispanic community. Now can you think about the fact that the government also contributes to those huge companies like Microsoft to outsource those good paying jobs that belong to our college graduates in this country. There are thousands of jobs that get outsourced to places like India but it seems that every body is OK with this.

The U.S. prostituted it's self out to become the leader of the "New World Order" - by sending jobs overseas and strengthening the countries that always end up turning on us (like the new British government) - So, in order to compete with India, Taiwan, China, and all the others - we have to accept slave wages that only the illegal immigrants are willing to take - in order to compete with this "new world economy" that we manufactured. Remember " When you hold up your middle finger at someone - there are always four fingers pointing back at you!".

I think if a buisiness owner knowingly hires illegal aliens they are selfish and just taking advantage of the situation. I do not agree with all the illegals moving into our country it really gets me fired up. The business owners should be fined the maximum amount and kicked out of America because they don't appreciate us!

Those American Businessmen you're describing are Farmers- barely scraping out a living between the cost of labor and the high distribution costs of produce. Do you really want to pay $10 for a head of lettuce, and crumble capitalism, just to satisfy your own racism? Go live in Canada- pretty much everybody is white there.

Yes - to the point that it's cheaper to hire American citizens. True, many of them will be driven out of business if we did that without changing employment laws, but that's the choice you make: do you want enough jobs for everyone, or do you want only those jobs that are safe and provide high pay and good benefits.

It's an on going problem and laws have been made but people still do it. Until something is done it will always be a problem. The government has to grab there balls on this problem of we'll have another Spanish-American war. And as for the people doing it, Yeah, THEY should be deported.

Find a group of blacks or a whites who would work in the fields of California picking strawberries all day in 110 degree weather for 15 hours then I will agree to deport all the illegals for next to squat. Maybe I will even join Border Patrol or Minuteman.
