Are you only asking about Wiccans or are you also wondering about those who are Witches or of other Pagan traditions?
In any case, it would be almost impossible to know with any reasonable amount of certainty.
Any guesstimate would probably be off by thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands.
Too many people are afraid to let their religion be known for any reason because of legitimate concerns of repercussions.
I've seen the numbers posted, and I believe that they are on the low side. There are more of us out there than anyone knows, and more and more everyday.

I doubt there could ever be an accurate guestimate, considering Wicca's inherent decentralization, aversion to organizations, and filtering out wanna-bes or fairweathers.
