I tattooed my eyebrows just 4 days ago. The lady that helped me said the colors would fade within 3 months. But instead of fading, my color seems not injected to my skin, it just peels off itself. Its only been 4 days....is it normal? Or did the lady scammed me?

What does that mean, the lady that helped you??? YOU tattooed your own eyebrows? Where did you get the color from, what did you use to tattoo them?
It is extremely difficult to do your own cosmetic tattooing properly if you are a pro, so considering you aren't - crazy impossible!
"Fading" over the first week will be through peeling - then it takes a couple years for the color to fade IF done properly. If you only got the color into the outer layer, it will surely disappear in very short order and leave nothing in the dermis.
Go see a pro.

I got mine done 8 days ago. My lady told me it is nomad to fade durin the healing process and over a few weeks the true color will show. Mine look awe fil right now and I'm trying not to freak out but I've been told it's all normal while they are still healing. Hope this helps!
