Who "The Beast" is is up to much debate. Much of the evidence points towards the Roman Emperor Nero as being "The Beast." The reason is in Hebrew, much like roman numerals, letters have number equivalents. Roman Emperor Nero totals out to 666 in Hebrew. It is also part of the folklore that 7 is the perfect number and three 6's would be just short of perfect.
Besides that Miroslav Satan is just a hockey player.

The Bible answers who the Beast is, its a political enity, read Dan ch 8, I won't paste it here, but in rev ch 13 notice is says that the Dragon (who is satan see rev ch 12) gives power to the beast to carry out his will, yes the Beast is the political enities on the earth, I can go more into detail with you if you want to email me at zorrro857@yahoo.com
(Revelation 13:2) 2Â Now the wild beast that I saw was like a leopard, but its feet were as those of a bear, and its mouth was as a lion’s mouth. And the dragon gave to [the beast] its power and its throne and great authority.

It's not as obvious as all that, is it?
Aleister Crowley adopted the number 666 as his own, and called himself the Beast, even the Great Beast. But he never said he was Satan.
Also, Revelations 13:18 says the number of the beast is the number of a MAN.

Picture Satan as a an anti-trinity...there is a demon that has presence around you always like the Holy Ghost, except tempting you. There will be a man that comes to the earth and destroys it, anti-Jesus. And the beast himself, is Satan. The beast would be opposite or anti-God

Satan (or devil) comes in many shapes, sizes and forms.
If he approached you with red skin, horns sticking out of his head with a pointy tail and a pitch fork...you wouldn't give him the time of day.
Peace be with you.
