One tell someone they are falling in "love"?

Would that be you afraid or your boyfriend afraid, if it is you, then just tell him, and if it your boyfriend, then just be honest and talk to him, after you tell him you love him, then you might get a response back, and if you do not,and he seems uncomfortable with the word "love", then give him time and talk to him about how he really feels.
Some guys are really afraid of "committment" and others are not, if your guy is afraid of committment, then maby you both should sit down and talk about your relationship.

take it slow don't rush into anything if you are not sure that your heart has a chance of being hurt i am in love now and it was scary telling the guy that but it has been great since the relationship has improved alot i have stronger feelings now but if you feel that he may not feel the same be open with him but guard your heart

Well you can't be afraid to start with. Then you tell them when you think the time is right.

You don't if you are sceptically the other person doesn't feel the same way. Test the waters before spilling your guts. You don't want to look stupid.

just say "i love you!" if you really mean it, then you won't even think about it. it will just come out. good luck!
