Sounds like you need a good cough suppressant and some guafenisen to loosen up your phlegm.
Chances are the blood is just from small tears in your throat from all of your coughing.

If you have yellow, green or gray mucus, either coughed up or nasally you have an infection and need to be seen by a doctor. Bleeding in the respiratory tract should be evaluated by a physician. It isn't necessarily the quanity, but also the location and coloration of the blood. It is possible that what you have is nothing more than viral, but it could be bronchitis, pneumonia or even as serious as TB. Get to the doctors so you can get started on healing; why suffer needlessly?

The headache is most likely due to dehydration caused by throwing up. Try taking in small amounts of fluid, often. Say 20 mls every five minutes. Increase if you can tolerate it. If you find you cannot tolerate swallowing, then hold the water in your mouth, some will still absorb into the lining tissue.
This should make you feel better, but is not a substitute for medical treatment.

What you should do is go to the doctor. If you're coughing up blood, regardless of the amount, you have some sort of respiratory tract infection such as bronchitis. The headache and vomiting make me think that you have an upper respiratory issue as well, such as a sinus infection. You probably need some fairly strong antibiotics, although if it's viral, you'll just have to keep hydrated and wait it out.

Well obviously you have to go to the doctor because you could have a serious condition causing you to cough or throw up blood. Other than that just take Advil and Tylenol for your headache. A hot shower may help as well. I get migraines and hot showers are a help for me.
As I said to begin with - of course you will be going to the doctor......

Coughing up blood with a headache is pretty serious stuff. Take it from someone who works the field, see your doctor, go to an ER, or go to a quick care clinic/walk-in. A Headache that does not go away is enough to go to the doctor's.

If you don't have insurance, you can still go to the ER... I didn't have insurance, went to the ER... when the found out I didn't have insurance they got me to a payment thing... but instead of me having to pay the full $1000, I ended up paying only $25. They can help you... You shouldn't be coughing up blood. You really ought to go...

go to the emergency room at your hospital, they can diagnose you, it doesnt matter if its serious or not, the emergency room is open to most things, and you'd probably get in pretty fast.
