I've been looking into mole removal myself as I have a few on my face, however, some say that a scar may be left where it was removed. Moles may be removed by a physician by excision as that other postee mentioned, by cryotherapy (freezing it off) using liquid nitrogen or laser. I've also read though that the laser may not be able to get deep enough for the mole and it may grow back (eerie huh?!! ;) For the dr to be able to see if the mole is precancerous (heaven forbid), it must be removed by excision though to be able to be examined under a microscope.

Moles happen to be hyper-pigmentation observed on skin. They may be eliminated using surgery, or even better with a variety of products or home made remedies.

Surgical treatment is high-priced, being anywhere from around $100-$400 and can easily bring scarring. Home made remedies are actually low priced and will be able to exterminate skin moles inside a few days without leaving scars.

Home made remedies can include apple cider vinegar, cumin seeds, and even fresh pineapple juice used for a quick time.

You'll need to go to a dermatologist. S/he will give you a shot near the mole to numb the area, then use a little cutting tool to remove it. It's not a big deal--my sis and mom have gotten them removed, and it looks fine when it's done. My little sister had a fairly deep one removed from her face when she was little. The doc had to put in a few tiny stitches, and I can't tell she ever had anything done. Often, though, you don't need any stitches.

Mole need to be removed by a qualified dermatologist. This is because, moles that are cancerous cannot be haphazardly removed.

Have your doctor remove it....don't try to do anything yourself where moles are concerned.
