find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I lost 22 pounds by eating properly.

2 - Limit your intake of carbohydrates (meaning never go to a fast food restaurant again, eliminate chips sweets as well).
3 - Eat 6 times a day - healthy meals - lots of fruits, vegetables, and protein.
4 - Drink lots of Water
5 - Have your last meal at 7pm and don't eat anymore on that day.
6 - Exercice if you.
7 - Drink coffee in the morning - no sugar - to increase your metabolism.
8 - Don't cheat

Too many women in my opinion focus too much on the number and not on their body shape and comfort. I'm a high school teacher and I see that problem all the time. It doesn't matter what you weigh but on how you look and feel. 30-40 pounds I'm sure is likely too much to lose, esspecially if you workout on a daily basis.

However, if you persist with dropping weight, try cardio 20 minutes to and hour a day, and eat low fat protines, fruits and fresh or steamed vegetables.

you need to exercise at least 60 minutes everyday at the most 90 minutes. your exercise scedule should look like this.....
monday: strenght train, yoga an cardio for 40 minutes
tuesday: pilates, cardio for 60 minutes
wednesday: yoga, cardio for 60 minutes
thursday: strenght train, cardio for 60 minutes
friday: pilates, yoga, cardio for 40 minutes
saturday: yoga, cardio for 60 minues
sunday: pilates, cardio for 60 minutes

i recommend biking for your cardio, pilates is a easy strenght training exercise that builds lean muscle but you still need to lift weights do sqauts and leg lifts and crunches stuff like that. yoga is great for stress and relaxing your body after a workout. this is my personal workout and i went from 160 to 149 in two months along with eating a balanced diet that involved alot of slimfast. good luck

I would definately include alot of cardio in your workout if you dont already and watch your calories, you can workout all day but if you are taking in more than you are burning then ur not gonna get anywhere. I'd eat between 1000 and 1500 kcal. good luck!

Your skeleton size and muscle mass impacts your weight. However, most excessive weight can be attributed to food intake. Do you count calories? If not, you must in order to lose the extra pounds.
