find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Through proper diet and exercise you could loose 50 pounds in about a year at your weight, any faster would be pushing your body to hard.
I once lost 10 pounds in 2 and half weeks through rigorous diet and exercise and caught a cold that last about 5 months because my body couldn't adjust fast enough.
Try to make permanent changes to your diet like committing yourself to never overeating. limiting your intake of sugars and starches like soda and dessert. Limit your amount of fired food. Eat 4-5 smaller meals a day instead of 2 huge ones as this disturbs your metabolism. Do your own homework. Learn about the different diets out there but remember there is no one best way to loose weight.
Also try to begin exercising, even just walking 30 minutes a day can have a big impact.

Thats what I have done:
I lost 22 pounds by eating properly.
1 - Eliminate totally from your diet all sodas (even diet) and alcoohol.
2 - Limit your intake of carbohydrates (meaning never go to a fast food restaurant again, eliminate chips sweets as well).
3 - Eat 6 times a day - healthy meals - lots of fruits, vegetables, and protein.
4 - Drink lots of Water
5 - Have your last meal at 7pm and don't eat anymore on that day.
6 - Exercice if you.
7 - Drink coffee in the morning - no sugar - to increase your metabolism.
8 - Don't cheat

Good Lucky

PS. Don't take pills!

impossible.. it's really only possible to lose a few pounds a week. and starving will only help if you're taking in less than 300 calories a day. If you're consuming any more your body will pretty much adapt to it and you'll just be extremely fatigued while losing minimal weight. Diet, portion control, weight lifting, and cardio are the best but they're hard to get in the habit of doing. Surgery is the best if you're lazy and need to lose a lot of weight.

Excessive obesity is often caused by emotional problems. Food addition is a common manifestation of such problems. Food addiction leads to obesity. Obesity leads to lack of self-esteem.

I suggest that you forget losing weight fast. You must recognize your problems, design a diet for yourself that will gradually remove the pounds, and do your best to get more involved in some kind of activity to fill your time. You need to stay busy. Leisure time is your enemy.

No fad diet will likely help. The change in behavior must take place between your ears.

Good luck!

To lose that much weight as fast as possible you should really see a dr &/or a nutritionist. When someone experiences a rapid change in weight you actually stress your body unhealthily so. Please don't try to lose it really fast on your own. Find a trainer, nutritionist, dr to help you diet without harming yourself.

1.) get a chart find out how many calories you are consuming
2.) burn MORE than what you put in (this means intense cardio)
3.) I'm a natural young man but I heard Hydroxycut works!
the only problems about that stuff is that I could alter your body, not in your favor.

one pound of fat = 3500 calories. so for every 3500 calories you eliminate from your diet you will lose 1 pound. if you feel too uncomfortable to work out at this point, i would ask your dr. about phentermine or some other type of drug therapy. then when you start to lose weight (and you will) you can start to exercise again and that will help too.
