I see people who don't agree with homosexuality called "phobic" or haters, and they say that Christians just don't know anything about being gay so they fear it or hate it.

So, what if the shoe is on the other foot? If you think Christianity is wrong, wouldn't you be "phobic" or ignorant?

I happen to be someone who did live that life for awhile and I found true happiness in getting free from it. I'm sick of being told that I'm ignorant or afraid of it. I lived it. I know what it is, and I don't want it.

who mentioned athiests? I'm sure they're part of this group as well, but I was kinda thinking about the homosexual community. There are many applications, but I chose to only refer to one.

I was going to start a question "If people who are against homosexuality are homophobes, wouldn't that make people who are against Christianity 'Christianophobes'?", but never got around to it. I think this is a much better job, especially with your background.

As for "howdy", how can he be singling out atheists when he doesn't even mention them?

People who hate Christians are rebelling against God. The Pharisees were very religious people. They trusted in their way. They had perverted God's way. Much like people today trust in all those things that they believe which keep them from believing that Jesus Christ is the way, or even whether or not God exists. The Pharisees were so intent on trusting in their way that when God came to earth in the form of man, to show them the true way, they saw him as a threat and had him killed.

It is the spirit of anti-Christ that promotes hate toward Christians. The bible is clear that homosexuality is disdained by God, and many have been given over to reprobation, because God has tried and tried to bring them from darkness but finally gave up on them.
While one CAN............open the heart to truth .

God gave you a free will, which means you can choose to accept Him or reject him. No true Christian would argue with that. It's your life; live it your way.

Your premise only works for someone who has never been a Christian.

I disagree with most religious teachings. I have no problem with people themselves if they are good people.
