where is the best tropical vacation spot for families?

We are on a budget so all inclusive would be ideal, and we love to snorkle so FREE beaches is a prefrence.

The Bahamas for sure! Plenty of beaches, plenty of activities for kids. If you do your homework, the rates are pretty cheap as well.

Hawaii is the best, you can get great deal right now and all the beaches are open to the public. Every island has several great snorkeling beaches.

Don't go to the Caribbean, it's grossly over-rated and not as family friendly.
