find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

A good idea is to exercises. start taking walks in the morning and in the evening, now that it is getting warm outside. Bring your kids. Put them in a stroller. If you do not want to stray to far from your home just walk back and forth a short distance for about twenty minutes at a time, or until kids fuss or you tire.

Get a cheap yoga ball and do mild sit ups laying your back on the ball. Try to do these things everyday.

Drink lots of liquids. limit your caffeine and sugar consumption. Focus on eating healthy, not eating less.

I just had my third child. I have learned not to focus on my weight, but to focus on the way my body looks in the mirror and fitting into my old clothes. It took a year and a half to get my body back with my second child. I am very impatient to get back in shape with my third, but I and you have to accept that long term weight loss and a trimmer waist line takes time.

Good luck.

running and light weights to build muscle. also you could do ab work to tighten up your stomach, i think taebo videos are really good for that, there's alot of good ab exercises that tighten the muscles without building them up to be bulky. also really watch what you eat. like keep between 1200 and 1500 kcals. 30 pounds really isnt that bad for two pregnancies, I don't think you'll have trouble, just stay determined and it'll come off in a few months.
