find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You should really be getting 30 minutes of aerobic exercise a day. This can be as simple as taking a walk around the block. No need for fancy equipment here!
Substitute cokes and other caffeinated beverages with juices and water (green tea is great).
Be sure to eat only until you are full, and don't overstuff yourself. This will make it feel like you are eating more during the day, but it is a much healthier schedule to eat 5 small meals a day, than 2 or 3 big ones. And Mom was right - eat your fruits and veggies.
Try not to eat right before bedtime, and make it hard on yourself to cheat. Keep the healthy food accessible, and treat yourself in moderation. Park further out in the parking lot (when safe), and take the stairs.
Good luck, and remember - you're beautiful!

First of all, you don't really need to lose weight - what are you, a 10, 12??? You can't be that big!

Second, hypnosis doesn't work for weight loss. You just have to research and adopt a healthy lifestyle. Do 30 minutes of exercise every day.

Good luck! :)

Thats what I have done:
I lost 22 pounds by eating properly.
1 - Eliminate totally from your diet all sodas (even diet) and alcoohol.
2 - Limit your intake of carbohydrates (meaning never go to a fast food restaurant again, eliminate chips sweets as well).
3 - Eat 6 times a day - healthy meals - lots of fruits, vegetables, and protein.
4 - Drink lots of Water
5 - Have your last meal at 7pm and don't eat anymore on that day.
6 - Exercice if you.
7 - Drink coffee in the morning - no sugar - to increase your metabolism.
8 - Don't cheat

Good Lucky

PS. Don't take pills!

I am 5'2, 113 lbs.

I am not a big fan of doing anything that requires me to sweat. (However, I have started pilates/yoga recently.)

I lost weight eating raw cabbage.

Chop it up into bite size, (keep some in the fridge)
eat about 10 minutes worth before each meal.

The crunch from each bite make you feel like you're eating, so you learn to chew your food more, and prevents you from drinking your meal.

What it does is, it basically wraps anything you eat after in your system to be exited out.

So, it's best to eat them before any junk food you're about to consume.

Cabbage does wonders with cholestrol too.

well i am 5'9 and i weigh 156 pounds...but i think that all you have to do is just watch what you eat, and when you eat, see my problem is that i eat when im bored, and i usually tend to eat junk. so when you are bored, drink a glass of water instead and chew gum a lot also maybe at night while you are watching tv or something you could do some sit ups or pushups or run in place

whats up I'm currently trying to shed some body fat myself so i can relate let me share what i have learned and its working for me . To loose weight you must burn more calories than your taking it doesn't matter calories from fat ,proteins ,carbs must be reduced overall to loose weight . Try to eat six small meals a day this will speed your metabolism do not starve yourself or your body will go into starvation mode which is counter productive . Try not to obsess over how much you weigh its really about body fat to muscle ratio . Remember less calories means your body will be forced to use stored body fat for fuel and you will loose weight . Good luck!

There is no easy way, but one thing that I found to be really helpful is to keep a little diary and write down EVERYTHING you eat and drink. Then look at a calorie counter (buy a book or fine one online) and calculate up all of your calories. We eat so many more calories than we think we do. Just keeping track of all of the stuff you're putting into your body helps motivate you to eat less of it.

Be a vegetarian and practice portion control! I lost about 10 lbs in under a month just eating a little bit less every meal. Also, drink lots of water and very low calorie drinks. I never exercise but practice those things and it keeps me thin.
