EAT BREAKFAST then walk first thing in the morning, every morning..even if it's just around the block. It gets you into the routine of excersize and you don't have all day to talk yourself out of it.
Drink Water, don't drink anything else. Cut Trans-fats out of you diet. When you watch tv, sit on an excersize ball or on an exersize bike.
The above things alone lost me 50 lbs.

Don't choose a diet plan that you wouldn't do for the rest of your life, you'll just loose water and muscle, the water weight will come back, and the muscle may not. Use your head. Love yourself.

32 lbs it is not a record! First you have to be tough with yourself, recognize your flaws and then set up your mind to higher standards, the base is discipline and CREATIVITY, find a diet that you can live with not to fight with, then put in your mind the benefits of discipline, try not to think of the exercise as a punishment but a way of having a better life, when you don't exercise your body starts to atrophy and it's going to be more and more painful to exercise to the point that it may even hurt, the answer it's not to stop but to try in a wiser way, try to exercise in 2 or 3 small sessions a day rather than a big session in the afternoon, and make this the mission of your life..............
Also you have to see a health professional, you may have a more serious problem than laziness or lack of discipline

personally, you may want to go to the dr and have a physical and/or lab work done to make sure there is nothing else going on. You could be suffering from anemia, hypo or any number of issues...don't just push it off to being lazy when there may be something wrong....being hypo can cause weight gain and being tired all the time,...believe me i know first hand....
take care cindy

sounds like you're eating the junk food. Try eliminating MSG from all your foods. If you don't know what MSG is then just use a vegetarian diet. Also try some super B complex vitamin pills.

Eat a high protein diet. Start with small goals, even if ridiculously small. As you adhere to these small goals, your self-esteem will increase and then you will be able to adhere to a better regimen.

You probably do need to see your doctor. You may have developed hypothyroidism.
