Should plural marriage be made legal. And by legal I also assume that the rest of our society's laws would apply and other special regulatory rules would be put into place. Why or why not? Do you find this concept immoral? Would it infringe on other's rights?

Please let me add a few more details:
No...I'm not in favor of plural marriage, nor would I ever consider it as an option-legal or not. Just like I don't visit prostitutes in Nevada.
I am aware of the fundamentalist groups in Utah and Arizona and that is why I mentioned the regulatory laws. Those"cults" are immoral law breakers and would continue taking advantage of their children legal or not.

I think if everyone is a consenting adult they should be able to marry whoever they choose.

It shouldn't be legal. If you know anything about the group in southern Utah and northern Arizona, they have kicked out young boys due to their being "competition" for the old men who want additional young brides. There is not some over-supply of women in the country, so such a practise is not necessary to address any kind of a population issue.
