It really depends on your moral outlook.
But in general it's frowned upon.

Cheating is very wrong, it can not only hurt the person you are cheating on, but it can hurt you as well. You will be labeled as a cheater for the rest of your life. Don't hurt someone that doesn't deserve it.

Yes, always. If you need something else that you are not getting from your mate, you should talk about it, not search for it somewhere else.
Even if your mate never finds out. Its a fail of trust, and that is exactly what a relationship should be based on.

Is having multiple partners of varying degrees of intimacy wrong? no
Is saying to someone I am exclusive with you, but that isnt true. That is wrong.
It makes the person a liar. and the person prolly doesnt have enough self-respect to be able to be honest with themselves and others.

It's not that it's "wrong" as if your going to get points off, it's what it does to the relationship. It hurts people and if you lie then that puts a barrier between you two. it also makes you feel like slime. That's what counts, really, is the consequences.

Yes - It goes against your marriage vows and it breaks the entire trust that a relationship is built on. In addition to that, it causes emotional scars that can take YEARS to heal.
