I'm looking for a recipe using boneless chicken breasts, no canned soups or sauces, no added veggies. I want a simple recipe where you just add dry spices/seasonings, maybe butter or olive oil. PLEASE also give baking time and temp, I am a new cook. Thank you! :)

Personally I am not a big fan of baking boneless chicken breasts...they tend to dry out that way. I recommend broiling them or sauteing them in a pan. You can rub them with some salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice...if you want a little more spice, add a touch of cumin or curry, some ground red pepper, or a little chopped ginger. Depends on the flavors you like! Let sit for about an hour.
Place in broiler pan and broil for about 20-25 minutes, flipping them once after 10.
Or melt a little butter in a skillet and saute them on medium heat for about the same amount of time, flipping after 10.

Not a big fan of all the stuff people do to chicken breast! I don't like all the sauces and stuff, either! lol! Can ya tell?

Enjoy!

Try www.foodnetwork.com

Or you could just use the chicken, seasonings and oil and bake them. I use one with bread crumbs.

Chicken
Seasons of your choice
Bread Crumbs~I just shake a little into the plate but it's best to start out with a little then add more as you need it
1 egg
cooking spray

Season chicken, dip them in egg then roll in the bread crumbs, when youre done. Place a sheet of foil in a baking dish with the cooking spray. Depending on how thick your pieces are bake for an hour or more if needed. Check chicken in 15 or 20 mintues and turn them to the other side.

You can turn as much as you want also.

Sprinkle a little garlic power on both sides, a little lemon pepper and drizzle it with olive oil. I recommend grilling this dish, if you have a george foreman or something, that would be perfect. If you must bake it I would do it at about 375 for 45min-1 hour, depending on how thick the chicken breast are:)

I always use Emeril's essence. You can buy it at the supermarket, or there is a recipe to make your own on foodnetwork.com

2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons garlic powder

Combine all ingredients thoroughly.

I put a little bit of evoo onto each chicken breast, add a little Emeril's essence, a little salt and pepper. But I cook mine My family loves it.But i cook mine on the stove in a pan instead of the oven.
