It depends on the type of offense, normally the three strike rule would apply to let's say three felonies. For more on the subject you may want to visit your states website and look under general statues. Have you re-offended? Normally law offices will provide you with a free initial consultation, you may want to take them up on that offer. The Justice system as it stands is in need of serious reform. We are spending millions per year on housing and feeding non-violent offenders under the three strike in your out policy instead of providing education, rehabilitation and prevention.

Too bad the girly-girls who answered first couldn't even think of a worthwhile insult joke because they sit at at a computer screen all day and know they'd be Big Bubba's instant girlfriend on the inside instead of just adding 2 points for silly-willy answers here. That was in reference to answerers #2, 3, and 4 only by the way.
Now, for your question the answer is yes.
As for WORLD PEACE NOW's reference to my 7,000+ points here at Yahoo Answers: thank you for ackowledging my high points, as I was not aware of them until you brought it up--accuring them is of no real significance or importance in my life. Since it IS of importance to you, my suggestion to you: it isn't the quantity of time involved to have high points but the quality of answers given and ability to only answer those questions that you can provide real answers to.

According to the law, if you have three felony convictions, then it's three strikes & you're out, meaning you go to jail for life & are taken out of society for good.

Depends on which state you live in. Also depends on if your charges are for the same thing or each charge is different. Also depends on if these charges are felonies or misdemeanors.
