Ignoring all the idiot liberals and idealist on here, the second answer is correct - "Driver Survival Handbook by Martin Thwaite"...
It covers more than just speeding tickets, it gives tips on parking offences, and general traffic law, etc.
Its usually advertised in the back pages of Fast Ford magazine, and no doubt a bunch of others too...
