I don't know exactly how to do it, I know it's got something to do with a lever on the steering column, but you can purchase a shop manual from www.autobookcenter.com or call them at (800)448-6244 or (941) 505-7675 they are in Florida and carry manuals for Dodge Brothers all the way back to 1915. The timing is adjusted by the lever on the right side of the steering wheel. Be careful you don't give it too much advance when you crank...the engine will kick back, and break things...a bunch of people found out about that the hard way.
