That's actually a tough question - for me anyway. I eat more Chicken but love Steak the best and really enjoy Pork Chops at times.
I guess Beef though it isn't what I consume the most.

6 pork (I'll take it MR maybe medium. USDA does treat US pork for trichinosis)
7 chicken (well done please)
but then we have
2 bison
3 lobster
4 fish
5 crab
but, by the way, I'm eating buffalo style chicken as I'm typing. I like it because its HOT and SPICY!!
oh and I eat vegetarians too.........

he progunr did you know that pigs have an enzyme that when mixed with salt (like almost all pork is) and cooked with an open flame, it will become carcinogenic, and possibly cause stomach cancer?

Pork if it's cooked over an open fire.
Chicken if it is deep fried.
Beef as long as it is a good steak.
