YO, YO, YO ! The lady at our animal welfare in Gordons Bay in South Africa was superstitious of black cats, so every time they caught a black stray, she would ask me to foster it. We had quite a few, one was a long haired, called Spaghetti. We also had Suitcase (found in a suitcase), Three-toes-bashed-nose, Salami, Sphinx, Sneaky and of course, Superstitious (was a black siamese). Our first cat Chivas travelled from Cape Town to Germany and back to Cape Town with us, only to be killed by a horrid rottweiler when she was 15.

i love both, yet I kinda like cats better. I unquestionably have 4 cats, a overweight black one, a black and white tabby, a ringed Bengal, and a white and tan one. I actually have 10 rabbits lol. I used to have a dogs even though it were given ill after I had, had it 2 months and it died ;( i have by no potential had a dogs considering that

Pure black cats are the greatest! I lost my Eli (black long hair cat) to cancer last year and he was the sweetest, smartest cat I've had. My bf got me a solid gray cat after Eli died but he's just not the same. To me, black cats are the best and I will be getting another one as soon as possible

I have two of them and would not have another color. I have loved black cats since childhood and rarely have had anything but a black cat. I am not a witch, either. I just think they are so beautiful and precious and hate to read about how they were mistreated or considered bad luck. They are my lucky charms.

Loved my ornery black cat Sadie for over 14 yrs, and now love my sweet black shelter cat Mimi (short for Midnight), who literally batted at me from the cage like "HELLOOOOO? I'm HERE! Hellooooo? I'm down here in the very last cage on the bottom left side!" Heart was stolen and our tiger kitty was happy to have a friend.
