Being brutally honest neither one stands out as being all that pretty. If I had to pick which one looked better I would have to say the blond is a little better looking.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Also I found out recently that 'unattractive' people get so much more attractive when they have great personalities I don't know what it is but they go from 'not' to 'hot' when they are wonderful people.

If the one other than your sister is your girlfriend, she's prettier. If you have no girlfriend, your sister is prettier, on account of if you tell her that, she's more likely to be grateful enough to give you access to her friends, among whom you can find a girlfriend.
