I doubt that you will find any religion - or nonreligion in the case of atheists - that lacks an "us vs. them" component in some form. The fact that the other religions you have mentioned are so against Christianity is itself evidence of such an "us vs. them" mentality among non-Christians, with Christians being "them." Christianity is the predominant religion in the Americas, in Europe, and in the English-speaking parts of Oceania from which almost all of Yahoo's correspondents hail, so Christianity is the big target among non-Christians.
Nor are Christians the only ones who will attest that anyone not following their religion is serving evil. The Islamists who consider lying to, cheating, and even killing non-Islamists to be justifiable on this basis are a an obvious example of this.

What does that tell you sweetie? Everyone hates the Christians. You see satan is now the primary tempter and perverter of all things good on earth. ("We know that we are children of God, and that the whole world is under the control of the evil one." 1 John 5:19)
He knows he is destined to end up in the lake of fire. He knows the Bible too, you know. So he is trying to take as many of us with him as possible. Jesus said that many more will perish with satan than will be true to Him. ("Enter thru the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate, and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it." Matt 7:14)
So its not unusual that Christians are targeted by those who don't believe and serve satan. What about you? Narrow gate or wide? Here is why you need Jesus:

Well, no athiest is telling me how to live my life. (All they ask is that I return the favor, which I have no problem with.) For that matter, no Muslim ever has either. Most of the Sikhs I know are also content to leave me to my own religious pursuits. And the Jews I know couldn't care less what my beliefs are.
Is it really that strange then that I would side with them rather than a Christian who is showing their judgmental side?

It is because Christians tend to state one thing and behave in a different manner. Christians will say you have to believe because Jesus Loves you unconditionally, then turn around and say that if you don't believe, Jesus will send you to Hell for eternity. That doesn't make sense.
It is awfully hard to maintain a message that so thoroughly contradicts itself without ticking people off.
How would you feel if I told you that if you don't believe in evolution as a proven scientific theory that you will end up writhing in pain and torture for eternity for being wrong. You would probably think I was either mean, or insane right? Well there is more physical proof for Evolution than there is for God, no matter what your pastor says, but still Christians continue to condemn people to hell.

Of the religions, Christians are the most Evangelical, with movements to convert all others. You don't see Jews or Muslims actively recruiting to nearly the same extent. This instantly creates the inherent adversarial relationship because by trying to convert others, Christians essentially call all others wrong and not of God. We Atheists laugh at all religion. Others join us against Christians because of the "enemy of my enemy is my friend" concept.

Probably because non-Christian who are theists and atheists already share a common experience of being condemned by certain Christians or called lost or from the Devil....etc. etc.

Atheists like us Pagans and Pantheists because we don't tell them what is gonna happen to them if they aren't like us. And we share many common agenda's.
Being concerned about war, global warming, and the loss of human rights are issues that effect all of humanity, no matter what your affiliation is or isn't.

Mainly because the Atheists (and Musilms, Jews, Hindus, etc) see more Christians ganging up on them to "convert or burn in Hell" than other groups.
