Do you use conditioner when you wash your hair? Try getting one that says "moisturizing" on it. If you already use one and your hair is still dry, try doing a deep conditioning treatment once a week. This is basically just where you leave the conditioner in for longer than normal. You can use your regular conditioner. Just get your hair slightly wet, towel dry it, and then put a lot of conditioner on your hair and comb it through. You don't have to leave it on all day. You can do as little as 5 minutes, or as long as a couple of hours, it's up to you. You can also wrap it in a warm towel to help it soak into the hair.

Just use a curl conditioner or moisturizing conditioner and leave it in for 5 minutes. Rub it all into your scalp and the ends of your hair, then rinse. You can also use hair masks and conditioning treatments, but those you only do about once or twice a week.

There is a product line called Infusium 23, and they have a Moisture line of products called (moistur)ologie. It hydrates deeply to replenish moisture to dry, parched hair. I use the conditioner on my hair with a different shampoo, and it makes my hair shiny and soft, and it looks very healthy. So I'm sure if you use the (moistur)ologie shampoo & conditioner together, you'll get great results! You can buy this line at Walmart for about $5 a bottle.

There are several great products out there. For a reasonable price, try Aussie Three Minute Miracle. Just leave it on for three minutes and it really softens hair. Also Biolage Hydrating Balm is AMAZING but pricier. You just leave it on 1 - 3 minutes and rinse off. It softens very nicely and smells great. Good luck!

Leave in conditioners are best. They make your hair softer, and more moisturized...like Garnis Fructis (in the bright green bottles) or aything other brand.
