Those devises which secured people in public view for doing such things as vandalism.
Apparently we waste a lot of food, including peelings, which could come in useful.

What a wonderful idea, I would take great delight in throwing rotten apples and tomatoes at some of the people that get off so lightly !!!!

No, it's a revolting idea.
There is no evidence that deterrents work in any sense, those placed in the stocks would only be humiliated and become further disenfranchised, those who are already anti-establishment and anti-authoritarian will simply become more so.

but don't get your hopes up, it's against their human rights to punish people any more.
in school now no reference must be made to the culprit about their bad behaviour, in fact the teachers are encouraged to praise the bully, brat & chip-off-the-old-block!
for fear of being sued for hurt feelings!
making any punishment in school pointless.

yeah definately sound like fun lol. cele's should get the privlage of getting put in 1st because they like to be 1st priority with everything else so why not this. paris would practically live in it ha ha.
